The hotel was really clean throughout my stay.

I encountered numerous issues during my stay. The breakfast advertised was extremely disappointing, more like a bare-bones continental offering. On top of that, the juice machine malfunctioned on the first day, and the waffle batter was missing the next morning. Furthermore, I had consistent trouble with my key-card, which required several remakes from the staff. It would have been helpful to have a warning about keeping the card away from my cell phone and credit cards.

The complimentary breakfast was quite good with a variety of options.

The air conditioner was noisy and left the room feeling damp all night.

I loved how conveniently I could reach interesting places like the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum, just about 5 km away, and the beautiful Appalachian Glass, which is less than 4 km away, making my weekend city strolls super easy and enjoyable. I also appreciated the friendly staff during my stay.

Clean and comfy but watch for bugs!

This place felt fresh and clean at first. The beds were super comfy, and the staff was friendly which we loved. But, man, the ladybugs were everywhere! We joked about it with some staff, but it was a bit much. Breakfast area was nice too, wish it was open longer though.

I had a pretty decent stay. The water pressure in the shower was great, and I loved how I could get the room nice and cold during the heat wave outside! However, the breakfast options were pretty limited, which was a bit disappointing.

Family with kids convenience

First off, the beds were super comfy ! I loved the clean room, it was immaculate, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Truly a breath of fresh air! Just what a family needs after a long journey.
